Pregnant: How to dress for the holidays

Can I just say...I love being pregnant ! As the holiday approaches, it has became a bit difficult to decide on what to wear for that special christmas day.  If you're pregnant I suggest you start searching for an outfit NOW! It takes longer for a woman impregnated to find something to wear.  My advice is to stick with something simple and classy.  Too much fashion, prints and colors might not look good when you're pregnant because clearly your body image/portions have changed.  Instead, have some fun picking out some funky accessories.  If you're wearing a dress, make sure to get something fitting around the breast and looser around your stomach while still flaunting that baby bump! Leggings are also a great idea when paired with a fashionable shirt.  Also, do not feel obligated to shop only at maternity stores for clothes, I find that H&M and Forever 21 have alot of cute clothes that are half priced, in style & still fit my pregnant self.  Dont forget to play with your hair a bit! Ombre hair is still in, and it looks amazing on pregger women who are being blessed with that growing shiny gorgeous hair! Christmas 2011

Every holiday for me is relatively different.  This christmas I wasn't able to spend it with my family, so it was bitter sweet.  Nonetheless, I made the best out of it and enjoyed this special day with my fiancee and friends.  After all at the end of the day, I'm just grateful that I still have my loving family even if they are miles away.  Since this christmas was different than last, I opted for a simple look rather than the usual holiday dress.  I'm wearing a F21 shirt, H&M skirt & my new Prada Raso Pietre Clutch. 

Christmas Finds

Hi loveys! This weekend I went mall hopping.  I did a moderate amount of shopping but I cannot disclose all of the items I bought (xmas presents).  Below enjoy some unjustifiable pictures of some of the lovely items I purchased.  They are all xmas inspired! 

MAC Frost Port Red adds the glam to the holiday look. This lipstick looks red but contains a unique pearl like shimmer along with it. Can't wait to eat this lipstick!! YUM :) 

L.A. Colors, Essie & Nicole by OPI Colors. All of these seemed so right for this winter season! I skipped lunch & ran home to apply one of these babies on my nails, they deserved it ! 

Leather Mac&Jac Wallet. I chose this color because I did not own a red wallet, ever! Plus it totally matches the red interior of my Louie bag so it was a must buy ! 

Lastly, ULTA Hot Cocoa Hand Cream.  I needed this in my life! Its so creamy & it smells just as delicious as my grandma's hot cocoa.
